Sub Division of Dynamic Process

Spatiotemporal behavior of chemical process is complex, which comes from dynamics of reaction, dynamics of transport phenomena and nonlinear interaction between their dynamics. In the Dynamic Process (DP) sub-division, the members discuss the analysis of spatiotemporal behavior by models based on the reductionism; besides we also discuss a fusion of the reduction modeling and the system modeling for the design, operation and control of dynamic processes. One objective of our activities is to create a new methodology of process engineering, based on the analysis and modeling of dynamic process systems. Recently, our main activity is focused on development of a methodology for the phenomenological analysis of dynamic process from the viewpoint of "Process Intensification." Many researchers and engineers in various fields (e.g. fluid dynamics, reaction engineering, process control, and system engineering) are welcomed to join in the DP sub-division.
