Manuscript Guide
"Proceedings " will be published in USB-memory and website. The style and format should meet the following guideline:
- A manuscript should be formatted for A4 portrait (Width:210 mm, height:297mm). The text and drawings can be in color.
- The length is limited to one page. Two page preprints are allowed only for invited lectures or keynote lectures.
- The manuscript should be typed in two columns. The spacing between the columns should be 6 mm. The top and bottom margins should be 23 mm and the left and right margins should be 19 mm. The standard number of lines on a page is 49.
- Leave a white box of 31 mm in width and 21 mm in height at the left top of the margin border.
- The first line should be the title which should be in a larger font size than the body text.
- Leave a blank line below the title. Then the list of authors should be flushed right. Each author data should be in the style '(Short affiliation name)(Membership type)Name'.
- The Membership type should be one of 'Ful' for full membership (including honorary membership), 'Cor' for corporate membership, 'Stu' for student membership, 'Div' for divisional membership, 'Int' for international membership (including international student membership and international concord membership), and 'Aff' for the membership of co-organizing academic societies and/or institutes. It is needless to write 'Oth' for educational membership and nonmember is.
- Place a circle or asterisk symbol ahead of the speaker's name.
- The corresponding author should be marked with a superscript asterisk(*). Place a superscript asterisk(*) symbol behind the corresponding author's name.
ex) (ABC U.)*(Ful)Kako I.*・(Stu)Kogaku J.・(Chem Eng U.)Chem A.・(Kakou U.)Kougaku B. J. - Leaving a blank line below the author list, start the body text. In case of the invited/keynote lectures, the body text can start from the first line on the second page.
- The footnote with an asterisk(*) should be placed on the right bottom and describe the contact information of the corresponding author such as the E-mail address.
- To make PDF files, comply following instructions:
- A manuscript PDF file should be no larger than 1229 KB(kilobytes).
- "Adobe Acrobat" is recommended to make PDF files.
- No security settings on the PDF file are allowed.
- Embed the fonts in the PDF file for reproducing the exact output.
- Check the output PDF files about garbled characters, disarray of tables and figures.
Manuscript Submission
You can submit the manuscript from 5 January 2015 by 11:59 pm JST 20 February 2015.
- Only a PDF file can be accepted.
- "Acknowledgement number" and the "password" are required to upload.
- The PDF file can be overwritten by uploading a revised version any times by the deadline. No submission and revision are allowed after the deadline of the manuscript submission.
- Check the format and style of the manuscript before submission!
Correction of Submitted Manuscript
You can submit the manuscript from 5 January 2015 by 11:59 pm JST 20 February 2015.
Manuscript Review
The format and style of the submitted manuscripts will be reviewed. Manuscripts in irregular styles would be rejected.
