Presentation time

• Usual presentaion time is 20 min which is composed of a 15-min talk, 4-min discussion, and 1-min break for changing speakers.

• Some presentations will be 40 min composed of a 30-min talk, 9-min discussion, and 1-min break.

• Awards presentations will be 30 min including talk, discussion, and speaker change.

Available instruments

• Use a personal computer and a beamer projector (LCD projector) for presentation.

• Bring a laptop. No computer will be provided by the Organizing Committee.

• Each presentation hall is equipped with a beamer projector (LCD projector).

• No display switch will be provided. Don't forget to leave time for changing connections.

• No overhead projector for transparencies will be available.

Beamer projector (LCD projector)

• Each of PC (AT-compatible) and Mac can be used.

• The projector has only a usual analog mini D-sub 15 pin connector. Bring an adapter for interface conversion if necessary.

• The projector supports display resolution of 1024×768 and 800×600.

• Test the laptop and projector at the presentation hall during breaks or before the first presentation of the day. No speaker preparation/rehearsal room will be arranged.
