Abstract preparation and submissionThe selection of presentations (orals and posters) will be based on the review of abstracts by the Scientific Committee and the Organizing Committee. The abstracts should explicitly identify the objectives, new results, conclusions, and significance of the work. A two-page abstract including figures and tables should include the title, authors, affiliations, and addresses. Download the template file for MS Word and use it for the abstract preparation. Otherwise, see the detailed guideline of formatting the abstract. Electronic abstract files in PDF format should be submitted by file upload no later than the deadline. Proceed to the file upload page. (The file upload system is provided by Proactive Convention Co., Ltd. and JTB Corp.) Be aware of the ‘one paper for one speaker’ limitation. If you submit more than one abstract, the speaker of each paper should be different from the other papers’ speakers. Anybody can appear as a speaker of only one paper. A ‘Book of Abstracts’ will be prepared of manuscripts of this 2-page abstract of the accepted papers. The Books of Abstracts will be distributed to the attendees of the symposium. |
