Well Come to Subdivision of Micro Chemical Process Engineering (MCPE)!!

A micro chemical process is defined conducting conventional chemical reactions at higher efficiency by positively utilizing micro chemical reaction areas.

The progress of a general chemical reaction are controlled by externally cooling or heating the reactor.
Therefore, if the surface area of the reactor is increased relative to its volume, the reaction will be controlled more easily .In addition, the process is precise and fast because of effective mass transfer in a micro space area.
The interval from the mixing step to the reaction step of a chemical process in a micro space area is very short.

Various consecutive reactions in a micro area lead to a higher arrival rate. Recently, studies using micro chemical processes have been launched in various fields in addition to reaction control.
